My 'would-be' TST5 DMC1 entry!

#1 Post by BerN » Wed Jun 02, 2010 11:31 pm

Sick of pointless waiting, so:

<object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/NHauQqexrnM&hl ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/NHauQqexrnM&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object>

More details in video description. Maybe I'll edit this post with more info later or smth, but I don't have time now.

I hope you enjoy it!

Weapon switching? In MY dmc1? It's more likely than you think!

I like it.
You're beautiful as you say the words.

That was awesome, BerN! Very creative. One of the most interesting and stylish DMC1 videos I have seen, including the TST4 entries. The fight with the Sin Scissors was sweet, and I was very impressed with your parrying skills with Nelo Angelo.

If this was TST5, I would definitely vote for you.

Now I understand why you're pissed.

I was especially impressed with the first half of the Sin Scissors fight and that High Time on Nelo Angelo the most (I know, I know, I read the desc after the vid, but luck is still part of one's skill).

Thanks everyone! It's nice to see you're all liking it. :3

@sincera - It was the first time I had ever done it. While I was doing million stab, I thought 'what if I deflect Nelo from down here?'. I waited and then successfully parried him with High Time. :3 This was one of the reasons I didn't want to mess with the entry anymore, because it came out so spontaneously and so perfectly, that I couldn't just throw it to the garbage. From that point on, I got nervous and my play suffered. >_>

That said, I made a lol clip of me spamming High Times there, right after. fun :p

This was an excellent entry. I especially loved the part where you stylishly destroyed the enemies.

See, guys? That's what stylish aerial combat looks like. he's everywhere all at once, bouncing between the enemies to distribute asskicking at a group discount. This can work in dmc3 and 4 as well. Stop JC spamming and do that. awesome video.
Fuck this shit, I'm going to bed.

Again, thanks to all of you. It's really nice to read your comments. :3

@sincerazero - I'm going to save it for the time being, I guess, but I don't know what I'll do with it in the future.

First of all, thanks for the kind words. Secondly this JC 'spamming' you talk is needed in order to stay airbourne. There are a lot of gameplay vids out there showing what you're asking for DMC3/4, too.

Almost certain there will be no TST any time soon. I think this is be the main issue now, though.

Noice. Very good work, BerN!
"Do people who spend all their lives questioning the nature of reality, on their deathbeds, realize much too late that this reality is all they ever had? And, in a similar vein: do people who spend all their lives questioning the nature of happiness, on their deathbeds, realize much too late that they squandered every single opportunity they ever had for real and lasting happiness on Earth?"
